Individuality

Our philosophy is to celebrate and retain each school's own independence and uniqueness.  

Each school will:  

• continue to serve the needs of their individual community  
• retain a Headteacher position, with support and challenge from the central team
• retain their own local governing body and sub-committees   
• manage their own budgets, with support and challenge from the central team    
• continue working with partners and organisations outside of the trust

We pride ourselves on celebrating and sharing each school’s uniqueness and strengths across the trust.
